This electro-mechanical distribution system routes building services, including Voice/Data, Power, and HVAC (Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning), through dedicated levels under a raised access floor. Completely isolated from each other, these floor levels are readily accessible from the work space. The product is a UL listed wireway so cables and wires are housed free of conduits or other protective jacketing. This system can be augmented with electronic controls that continuously monitor temperature and humidity levels, responding to the changing requirements of any particular area or piece of equipment.

Highly Flexible...Highly Adaptable
With little disruption of the work environment, a room's electrical conductors and air chimneys (with optional return outlets) can be removed, redirected, or relocated, wherever and whenever desired. All in just a few minutes. Ideally suited for Task Air Conditioning (TAC) designs using floor level diffusers, desk-mounted air delivery modules, or both, this system has been sold to many Fortune 500 companies, including Motorola, United Airlines, and Arthur Andersen.
